In this 4-week course tailored for lawyers, you will learn how to start practising mindfulness. You will also find out about the benefitsĀ the practiceĀ can bring to your professional lifeĀ as a lawyer.Ā 

Weekly 1-hour Zoom sessions delivered by Gillian Higgins (international barrister at 9BR Chambers and mindfulness teacher)

This course will cover the following:

Week 1: What is mindfulness? What are the benefits and how do I practise?

Week 2: Managing stress and increasing the ability to focus and pay attention

Week 3: How can mindfulness help to reduce anxiety andĀ settle a busy mind

Week 4: Taming the inner critical voice and scaffolding your practice
