Our workplaces have changed dramatically in recent times. These days, both employers and employees are looking for effective ways to cope with the uncertainty and pressure of the work environment. An increasing number of people are learning how to practise mindfulness to help reduce stress, relieve anxiety, improve focus and enjoy a better sense of well-being.

This introductory course is ideal for beginners. It introduces the concept of mindfulness, its benefits and provides guidance on how to incorporate it into your working day.

The course format includes a seminar, a guided meditation, a Q&A and handouts.
