This four or six session programme is designed to help individuals build and sustain a mindfulness group in the workplace.

Each session explores some of the different benefits of mindfulness, provides guidance on how to practise and how to sustain a mindfulness group in the workplace.

The course format includes a seminar, a guided meditation, a Q&A and handouts. The course can be run weekly or bi-weekly.

Led by Gillian Higgins, international criminal barrister at The Chambers of 9 Bedford Row, civil and commercial mediator and meditation teacher.
